The purpose of this series of colloquia is to bring together Pasadena-area researchers (and visitors!) in the field of extrasolar planets to learn about new discoveries and new techniques, to discuss current research problems, and to consider the roles and contributions of new instruments, techniques, and space missions.
You can find the colloquium schedule at the new Science Visitor and Colloquium Program website, which also includes colloquia on other science topics. Check Visitor Information for directions to the colloquium sites.
Monday colloquia normally start at 12noon; refreshments are served at 11:45am.
Thursday colloquia normally start at 4pm; refreshments are served shortly before the start.
We encourage suggestions for talks. If you would like to give a talk, have suggestions for a topic you'd like to hear about, would like to suggest a speaker for us to invite, or have questions related to your upcoming talk, please contact us. We prefer to keep to this regular schedule, but we can schedule talks at other times to accommodate visitors' schedules.
